I have sent Mr. Phil Raymond 8500 USD over the past 2.5 years to settle a deposit that I have in Yorkshire Bank of London. So far I have received nothin but false promises that my fund of 10,000, 000.00 USD would be deposited into my bank account within hours.

This has not happened. I don't appreciate being treated this way by an international bank.
