Visa fraud service called us on 12-28-12, they had put a block on the card, we went by the bank abd reported what we were told received a new card and told to come back on the 1-2-13 we did, they 9the bank (A plus credit union) called the number on the bank report 888-382-9311 they said they never received the money, but it had been taken out of the account.
