Ordered and received a free sample of Sylk Skin, then around a week later they debited £63 from my account without my authorization, I wasn't satisfied with the product, when I phoned them about it I was told that the second delivery was in transit, to give it a chance to work and if I wasn't satified with the product I would get my money back, I received a card in my post from royal mail to notify me they were unable to deliver because there is a £20.39 to pay, so if I pay the fee it means Its cost me over £83 for a product that doesn't work, I. Ve had to cancel my visa card just to make sure they can't debit anymore money. I know they are based in the USA but can't remember the exact location.
