Wont let me cancel

I was told that if i didnt like the product i have 60 days to cancel i wastold to email support, I have emailed them 5 or6 times and they ignore that fact and try to give me coaching for free when iemail againit, s always the same thing they wont even accknowalage my wanting to cancel
