My husband recently discovered a charge on our credit card in the amount of $99.95 in the month November and again for the month of December! Additionally there was a charge for $1.00 in October. The company name is Synaptic Marketing. We have no idea why these charges are being charged as we DID NOT authorize these charges. I researched the company on google but all I could find are other similar complaints. There's no contact information for this company and I'd like to know how to proceed and get our money back!!
