Notices 2 separate deduction on my credit card statements online that were entered the day I received their phone call. Three days later they charged an other amount with a different phone number as a transaction description. I tried to contact both phone numbers listed and when call was answered reach the same message that I received when using the phone no listed for member services (1-800-784-0232) in their office in the US. Can't access their online for I have no account number to use. The info that they sent me is not what I was told by phone.
