I called Alliance One to pay off a ticket. When I checked my account the following morning, in addition to the money I paid, they did another transaction for $495! I called them immediately and spoke to Scott. After being placed on hold several times and being spoken to in a rude manner, he couldn't help me so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Johnny (the supervisor) was worse! He spoke to me in a condescending manner and made me send him my bank statement stating that the money was taken from my paid off someone else's account. They were unsympathetic and have yet to clear the matter. It's been 5 days now!
