I sent for the "free" sample which cost app. $6.00 for S&H. Then I received a high pressured phone call to received $100 in gas for putting additional $1.00 on my credit card and then additional $14.95 a month for coupons. I told the company I wasn't interested, but they wouldn't take NO for an answer. I never received my "free" $100 gas coupon, but I did receive a packet of coupons in the mail within a few days. I immediately cancelled the order. Then I received SYLK Skin in the mail with notification that my credit card had been billed "only" an additional $79.87 a month, a product which I didn't authorize and do not want. I, too, tried calling the company and received the same "we're not available at this time" run around. But, I called my credit card company who did talk to me and I disputed the charge. My credit card rep. Told me I would hear back from my card company in 10 days to 2 weeks regarding the dispute. With all the complaints filed against this fraudulent company, I'm sure there won't be a problem. I'm keeping the cream but I will not be paying for it.
