I ordered an android tablet on 12/3 figuring that I would have it in plenty of time for Christmas. I still have not received it, so I contacted customer service. Their website says that customer service responds within 24 hours, but it took 2-3 days before they replied and then all I was told was that it could take 2-3 MONTHS to receive my item and to "be patient". Every time I try to track the package, USPS just has something about the origin post. Needless to say, I still have not received it.
