My order #25514 - I purchased Office Mac Home and Student 2011 for up to 3 Mac's. I downloaded it once for my computer and I recently had to wipe my hard drive clean. Now I go to their website and it says the domain is unavailable but customer support is available. When I click on the customer support address it shows me the same message. Now I find out that other people have been having a problem with this person or company. What am I suppose to do now?
