Listened to a LONG speech and decided it was not for me. I told the gentleman a definite "No" but of course that was not accepted. He continued to push hard though quite politely at first, but when I finally got through to him, he became the slick, sarcastic salesman he really was.
I cancelled well within the given time but $97 was taken out of my credit card anyway. When you call the company #, you can wait forever but never get through to anyone! I have now been looking for a refund for 4 months.
