I bought Michael Kors online last Dec 07, I thought it's a real MK bag they are selling but NO, I was so furious when I got the bags I know they don't look real but still I brought the bags to MK store (customer care service) & they confirmed that the bags are but imitations. Sent an email letting them know that I want to send them back the bags & refund my money back but they told me they can't refund in full cause they have to deduct the shipping fee & bank fee... I guess this is not fair to customers... Plus I guess they know that selling imitations are prohibited by law...
Can you please help me to let MK owner know that Cmaem online store are selling MK imitations...
