I received my free trial which arrived 1/12 then on the the 13/12 they took £37 50 and £75 outof my account. I emailed them to cancel my orderas i cannot afford it and they said they would email me back but i am still waiting. I am a pensioner and have a very sick husband so there is no way i can affordit. I have notified my bank and they have put a marker against this. All i want them to do is cancel this order immediately as it says you can cancel your order anytime you want to and this is exactly what i am trying to do.
