The order confirmation showed that the shoes would arrive by Dec. 22, but when they did not, we began emailing and trying to get in touch with the shipping company (EMS out of China) or anyone that could assist us. No such luck!!!
I have filed several different complaints and plan to find the scumbag that is scamming the public out of their hard earned money!
