My lights were due to be installed on Nov. 28 but we heard nothing from Mr. Crampton. We tried calling and calling but got a single, vague response. Finally, we left a text message on Dec. 1 stating that if the lights were not up on that day that we wanted a full refund, (as we were having a large party on that date and was the sole reason for lighting). The lights were rapidly installed by late that evening. Part of the contract was maintenance. Within a few days a few strings of lights fell off of the house. We called and called. Mr. Crampton's voice mail box is always full so you cannot leave a message. We sent several text messages to no avail. No one from Outdoor Comforts has ever responded to our service call request. We now have numerous strings of lights dangling from our house. This is dangerous. I am now worried that he has taken our money and we will never hear from him again.
