I ordered crocs on Nov. 6th and 3 weeks later when I didn't receive them I contacted PalPay who informed me that the seller had already gotten paid and if I wanted to dispute it I should contact American Express. They took the charge off my account and then last week I got a letter from them saying PayPal had investigated and said they had been delivered on Nov. 13th. Then after reading another complaint I realized the same thing happened to me. I got a rubber pencil on Nov. 13th which gave seller proof that something had been delivered. If enough of us complain maybe we can stop this from happening to others.
