I recently placed an order online with this company using a company credit card. I received requests on my day off that there was an issue with the billing address. I scanned & emailed a copy of the bank supplied address and my drivers license. I received multiple additional emails/phone calls after the company charged my credit card that they still needed to talk to me about my address being wrong. I called my bank and they said I had everything correct (called on a vacation day to try to assist in clearing this up!). When I came back to the office Monday MICHAEL had left numerous 3 minute long voice mails telling me that every merchant I used was being told I was a fraud. I called MICHAEL at 9 AM (when they "open") and he proceeded to BERATE me abusively! To the point where people in the next office were uncomfortable with how he spoke to me and addressed me. I called my bank (again) and spoke to a nice representative who stated that THEY had made an error and gave me a number for MICHAEL to reach them at (I was attempting to conference him in but he hung up). When I (yes I) called MICHAEL back and let him know that the bank said it was their error and for him to call the number they gave he told me "I have their direct line and they were talking to me before you even got them to pick up". He then proceeded to tell me that I obviously never sold anything online and had no idea how the system worked.
At this point he started to address me as "deary" and was abusive, derogatory, rude and dismissive. When I told him that I was his customer he again started telling me I had no idea what I was talking about and he was canceling my order (that had already been charged to me)! In 41 years I have never been treated so poorly! Staff in other offices came to my door because they could HEAR how he was speaking to me! This is THE most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! I'm not sure how they stay in business, but MICHAEL is their worst enemy!
