I had loggedin to www.relaquil.com and placed an order for item number 1696, the system took the said item to shopping cart and showed me that i have to pay $44.97 which i paid by using my credit card of Standard Chartered bank having number.
Thereafter I immediately got a message from Standard Chartered saying that my account is debited for $44.97 and i got an auto email next day i.E. 7th Nov from Relaquil Sales team stating the order summary, date, quantity, my address etc and a link was also provided there to see my invoice details which is as under

There after I kept on writing to them stating that i have not received the medicine with effect from 24th November till last week, i got some reply from them saying the product is dispatched but thereafter i did not hear anything, i had also written to them that my PINCODE number was wrong so gave them the correct one also but there after i wrote more than 5-6 emails to them i did not hear anything from them.
I need the medicines and inspite of paying them i did not receive it.in one of the emails i had written them saying that i will launch a complaint against them but its of no use, they did not revert.
