This man is an accused THIEF and CRIMINAL. He may cheat or lie to you or STEAL YOUR VALUABLES — including jewelry — if you engage him in any business transaction.

Mr. Rosenspan may also be armed and dangerous as he allegedly has threatened at least one individual with a weapon.

The suspect is accused of trying to sell a diamond ring with a surgical mask covering his face. When police tracked him down, they found a stash of surgical masks.

On top of that, their report says they found fake mustaches, rubber gloves, a stun gun, and other people's passports.

Jeffrey Rosenspan, a graduate student who works as a private tutor, was ordered held on $4,000 bail after police say the 30-year-old stole a diamond ring and tried to sell it.
