On Dec. 9 2012 I ordered a pair of sunglasses from EZcontactsUSA. Then nothing. I had to contact them to ask what happened they refused to update my purchase on their own i had to call each time to get an update. At first they sent me emails claiming they will be sent is "2 to 3 days" those were of course outright lies they never and still do not have the glasses as they have admitted. I contacted them many times via chat, phone, email all with fraudulent results and different answers and tracking numbers each time.
I have no glasses, I was given a fraudulent tracking number verified by the post office as a phony yet they claim the post office "is out of their mind". They now hang up and won't address my theft anymore. I have reported them the the NY Consumer office for whatever good that will do.
They do not carry any products they advertise nor can they get them. I still cannot get any answers from this wretched company.
