He is Asking for donations of any type and money

This person is leaving bags and letter asking for donations for the victims of the fire this morning at 183 and Hymeadow. Asking for money, and any donations. I searched the phone number and it IS NOT "THE RED CROSS" HE'S left these bags on houses on Meadowheath Drive.
