John Murphy has on his e-mail "John Brogan". He claims to be a widow with a 15 year old daughter. He found me on Christian Mingle and shows that he lives in North Bend oregon. He shows his occupation as a quantity surveyor. When we met he was working a job in Miami, FL. He claimed to get a quantity surveyor job in South Africa. He told me he went to pickup his daughter Helen in London and then went to S. Africa.in the process he claims that his luggage was lost and then when it was found it had been vandalized many of his personal items were stolen. He then asks if you can help him to get some of the items replaced because it is cheaper to ship from the US. No it's not. I ended up sending him a game and phone. Through all of this he promises to pay you back the money. After awhile and time has passed that his job is complete he gives you the story that when his employer paid him that he didn't get cash and that he had to have the money direct deposited into his retirement account. Please send money so that he can go to UK to access his account. He trys to convince you that he is stuck and has no way to get the money because he was not a residence of S. Africa. I was almost convinced and tryed to get some money to them, but thankfully for the system the money did not go and I have it in my hands. I was so sucker punched and gullible. I got a confession from him a few nights ago that the pictures he is using on the profiles are not his. He is using someone elses profile picture, someone elses family. Please DO NOT get involved with this person. DO NOT let him take you into his world.
