In November I called and put my info in to order a bottle of the wipe new 3/4 the way through after put in CC# and expire date, I decided not to go through with the purchase so I close the website. Three weeks later I was looking on my checking account, and seen where 107.91 was deducted from my account. I got the phone and called and told them I didn't order the wipes and I as for refund, I was told to refuse the UPS shipment. I was told I would get my refund back with in two or three weeks. I was not told I wold not get back the 4794 for the so called shipping and handling of thee of each bottles of product, of which I did not order. After calling the company customer service person named Matt, he tells me yes I did order the product and if I would have read the agreement I would have know no refund on shipping. But of coarse I didn't order the material so why would I read agreement when I backed out of the order.
