I have been emailing the person for about 2 months when he said he had to go to scotland for a big job, working on a pipe line. He said he needed money to buy a ticket to come back to the united states for christmas. Today i got a email from him saying he is a scam. I lost money by phoning him on a cell phone with a scotland phone number.
