Cupidbill has been taking £32.99 from my account for months. I have questioned this online and they say they have no record of my account (strange considering they are on my bank statements). I have tried phoning them and left my number for them to contact me yet nobody has returned my calls. How do I get them to stop if they will not acknowledge me??
