They took details, to find me a loan, then took money from my bank, even though they said that if i didn't get a loan then i wouldn't be charged. I never took out a loan, but was still charged. They now don't answer any calls The money is alot to me, as im on a low paid job, they gave no warning to the money being taken, and had no reason why it was took.
