I bought a boxed set of Full House, which was my third purchase from fxgqt.com. However, two of the discs in the collection seemed faulty. I immediately sent them an email to report the problem. I also asked for the discs to be replaced. After a week, they immediately shipped the replacements to my address. I'm so pleased with they way they handled my concern. They were also very apologetic. Despite the incident, their reputation in providing good service will remain untarnished.
