David Johnson, who spoke very poor English called to say I was approved for a grant and the money never had to be paid back. I could use the money for anything I wanted. He collected $3.87 from me on a credit card and later charged the card for pizza at Pizza Hut and Domino's on three occasions for $153.87 total. I had the credit card closed before more charges could be made. He gave me a confirmation number good for 10 days and a customer service number for another company.
