I called provided phone number after free trial pure GCB order with paid shipment with a question about not receiving the product within two weeks. The man on the phone informed me that I'll be charged 79.99$ for my next shipment ignoring the fact that I'm calling about waiting for the free first one. He was rude and didn't want to cancel my account when I asked him to do so.
My husband wanted to try it only because of the free trial offer, but he couldn't go to the website - he got the message that my server was banned.
