I keep getting Payment Pending Memorandums w/attached check made out to me in the Sum of $2,342, 000.00. It looks tempting but I always check them out on the Internet. I got scamed once long time ago but nomore. Why haven't they been brought to justice. Why does it just go on?

I haven't se3nt them the twenty dollars ask for but they just keep coming back
