My mother is a 70 yr old lady who has a TBI (traumatic brain injury) she seen the add on TV and she wanted to ask about the magazines they were offering on television and called the number. They had talked my mom into getting her credit card out and ordering their magazines like sports illustrated G.Q. Magazine etc. She has no interest in these magazines so i started sending these magazines back with a letter explaining my mothers circumstance and never heard back. Not once did they send her a bill but every month 188.00 dollars kept coming out of her bank account. I kept asking her what she was spending her money on cause she was severely over drafting her account witch in turn i would cover for her. So i finally figured out that the magazines were still coming and she was paying for them every month because they were automatically were taking the money out of her account. So seeings how i didn't have any way of contacting who ever was taking the money so i switched her bank and got her set up so people like this company can never again take advantage of my brain damaged mom who can not make rational decisions again. Thank you so much for letting me vent.
