Here in Australia, same problem -
Companies that have a nice sales spiel promising "if for any reason you are not satisfied with product X " please contact our customer support centre and your customer service representative etc etc etc. Just try to exercise this without being badgered by their condescending "customer support representative". This by the way after ringing sales because the "customer support centre" never returned any calls. Cinical me thinks this is an excellent way of avoiding returns.
If companies want us to "like" them on this platform, then they need to be prepared to except the alternative.
Not everyone in the on line shopping revolution is going to be scrupulous!
