I ordered off an e-commerce website a pair of UGG boots as a Christmas present. I got a confirmation email and it said 7-15 days shipping as well as once the order ships I would receive a tracking number. I have yet to receive a track number or a status update after 18 days. Also now when I click on the links in their email it takes me to a completely different website that looks similar but no longer exclusively sells UGG boots. It is now all GUCCI bags and products. I find this incredibly odd. Also the amount I was charged was off by a few dollars on my credit card statement vs. My invoice.
