Twice I have emailed this company to inform that I no longer wish for them to send me their product. Twice, they still went ahead and took the money from my credit card and interesting how when you go to their website and try to submit your complaint, it will not go through. I have also indicated to the company when replying to their email that my husband has just recently passed away and I cannot afford their product. I am so frustrated. All I want is my money back.
