The company took money from my credit card for usless products advertised on the internet. I contacted them, by phone, to return the unwanted product for a full refund, as per their quality statement, and they made it as difficult as possible before disconnecting me from the call. They kept telling me I had to phone back for return details and to cancel any account I may have had.
After looking on the internet I see this scam has been going on for quite some time. Why can't the authorities or ISPs block this sort of scam before it parts many other people from their money.
I intend to ship the product back and contact the authorities if I haven't heard from them early in the new year.
