I ordered a notbook and cover for my daughter for christmas. I figured it was a safe website. They took out the 100.00 the day i ordered the product. 6 days into the order i emailed them wondering where my order was i have not heard anything from them. 2 days into me emailing them they sent me an email if i have not received the product in 30 days let them know. 2 hours later i received another email from them saying my order has shipped The 6th!!! As of the 12th the post office said they have not picked up the shipment thy said they sent out. Now"ANDREA" emailed me saying hit the link my order has been delivered. Funny stuff because the link i pushed that she sent me TODAY said info sent to post office and has delivery conformation but post office said has not been picked up. And there is NO shipping info to even see where they said received my order. This place just destroyed my christmas i am broke and cant replace the product nor do i have another 100 to shop for my 7yr old..
