I ordered the 'free' e-cig from this company in October and paid $4.95 packaging. I checked the offer quite carefully to make sure there were no recurring charges.
Since then I have travelled to Australia and I have only just checked my credit card statement. I couldn't figure out how my balance got so low and noticed a lot of charges ($3.29, $109, $69 etc) from a company called CigFlavor 888. It was only thanks to googling the name and coming to this site that I realised what had happened.
I'm in a different time zone obviously, but I will be calling my bank tonite to stop payments to them and register a dispute. I gave the e-cig to a friend to use, so I don't have it to return.
Not sure what my options are re: getting my money back.
