I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on November 25th from Belk Department Store. I have never received the shoes. I called over the weekend and was told that there was a problem with my order and it was never shipped. I would need to call back on Monday so that I could talk to a manager. I called Monday and was told that my order was shipped, but a tracking number was not assigned. The customer service representative said that I would need to fill out a claims report that would be sent to me in the mail. My MasterCard bill has arrived, and I am expected to pay for merchandise that I have not received. Why can't the claims form be sent via e-mail? Why wasn't the order assigned a tracking order. No effort has been made to find my order and now I am responsible to fill out paperwork!!!
