I brought in a PFAFF sewing machine that jammed. When it was returned and I had paid the Tune-up and "repair", it still jammed. I returned it, invoking their warranty, and was told that it was working perfectly and that I had not threaded it correctly - I have 50 years of experience with top brand machines! Besides it sometimes sewed for a while before jamming. It still jammed and my demand for a refund was refused. Another PFAFF store repaired it correctly but of course I had to pay again.
