Hidden fees tried to make a payent over the phone and they wanted to charge me for paying a payment to my credit card

Was signing up on line to pay my credit card bill and they wanted to charge me a fee for using the internet to view my account so I called them and wanted to make a payment over the phone they wanted to charge me a fee for that of 11.00 to pay for my credit card which is ridulouse all these hiddne fees
