Mr. Abduallah with BFG Holdings, LLC engaged me back in October to perform an appraisal on a piece of property in Augusta, GA he was trying to loan money on. I have a contract that clearly states what the agreement was for, the property, the type appraisal, and the fee and Mr. Abduallah signed it. The owner of the property transferred the agreed upon appraisal fee of $2,200 into Mr. Abduallah's bank account back in early October. I completed my appraisal report on October 18 and turned it in with the invoice to Mr. Abduallah on that day. I waited 1.5 months before questioning him about payment for the appraisal. Mr. Abduallah's first response was if I cant get a contract in place by December 15, I'll send payment at that time. At this point I had no idea that he had already been paid for the appraisal. For a few months I got nothing but "the runaround" and no responses to emails, calls to Mr. Abduallah's office and email account. There are ZERO good reasons for this individual to not have paid me the fee he agreed to in our signed contract. After doing some searching on the web, I've found others that have been stiffed by Mr. Abduallah. This guy looks like he has a little side business going. Its called fraud. If you are an appraiser or any type of valuation professional, beware of this person.
