I received a text to my Verizon cell phone, Target reps claim they have nothing to do with it, it asked me to put in a promo code #4787. It is a scam! There has to be some kind of a legal repercussion to these people doing this! The District Attornies Office needs to go after these website scam people with diligence and impose very heavy fines on them and all company affiliates involved. For these type of people to try and pull scams like this, to give false hope to the people who receive this after having their lives disrupted and/or destroyed by Hurrican Sandi it is a shame ad they should be charged with a crime. I am contacting our Senetor to file a complaint and get legislation passed for offenders like this!!!
