I received a text message on my cell phone today telling me that I won a $1000.gift card from Target. I would need to go t to Targetwinner.com and enter my code. Since I NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, give out my cell #, how did I receive this line of BS on my cell phone? The texter used the phone #901-570-1652. If this is NOT endorsed by Target, they must investigate and STOP these scammers immediately!
