Received a text message from 515-230-1667 which stated "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetWinner.com and enter your winner code 83748 to cliam your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24 hours."
I have not entered a contest with Target and if and when I do any type of entry I use the land line on the entry form and not my cell phone.
