Why did I get a call at 2:32 am telling me I had won $1000.00 gift card? I count minutes and monitor usage. I thought I was on a "Do not call" list... What stops these ruthless people? Isn't there any way to stop unwanted / unsolicted calls? We just recently retired... Are they preying on 'olders' or just anyone?
