I was contacted by a Ethen Collins on November &th 2004. He said I was chosen for a government grant of $8000.00 and I only had to pay 257.00 and to make the check out to government grant processing center. Make the check out for the 18th of november and I will receive information in the mail in 12 days. I said I wanted to check the company out at the B.B.B. He said he would call me back in 15 min. Then didn't have a phone number because it was an automatic dialer.
