Please "google" Time Warner Complaints...
Please speak up if YOU have an issue - NOT only on line, but also with the company.
I went NUTS when my service level dropped, channels got scrambled, price went up and Customer Service failed to answer phones in a reasonable (under 30 minutes) time.
So I wrote blogs, complaints, to Time Warner, to my congressman, to the FCC, to the States Attorney's Office, etc. Also went on ABC television to discuss my issue in North Carolina market... G U E S S W H A T!!! Time Warner called to send a Technician out to install decoder boxes on my 5 TVs and reduced my monthly price by about $50 bucks.
My scheduled installation is this-coming Wednesday at 3:00 PM (Dec 19).
Will let you know how that goes (and copy all governmental, television and radio outlets in our market).
Make noise or get screwed and shut up. Complaining does little. Actions get results.
