My name is Ernest and I found it necessary to inform you about this extremely bothersome experience on November 17 around 7:35pm that my 13 and 14 year old daughters endured with me at the Fricker%u2019s Middletown location. First, upon arrival we were not greeted for 15 minutes, which a major customer service concern was the fact that 3 different ladies walked up to the register to answer the phone and ring items in. Not one of them assisted us standing at the counter waiting. Before paying after waiting 20 minutes, I asked the worker (Ne Ne) who was at the front register, if there were any specials available for the holiday. She responded %u201Cnot yet%u2026but maybe closer to the holiday%u201D. I knew that Thanksgiving was days away, but assumed she was correct. After paying for a second order of food, I witnessed a phone call being taken by (Kirstie) in which she stated, %u201Cwe have a 50 wings for $25.00 special%u201D to the caller. This was the MOST disappointing factor in this situation because I paid $31.96 for forty wings. I also paid additional money for sides. Nonetheless, I have being visiting Fricker%u2019s restaurants for over 12 years... (including the original location that burned down in Moraine, OH). Why and how this type of service can be displayed without any manager supervision acknowledgment is beyond my knowing. I would like the customer service at the Middletown, Ohio location to be taken more seriously and address the importance of timeliness.
