Ill for book did'nt get

I've approached Rodale twice once they delivered me a statement that i never received the guide they clamed they sent. Now iam getting characters from you consuring this issue and need to understand what happen. Would such as this issue looking after since iam not likely to purchase a guide that i did not get. Please discover what has occurred and deliver notice in my experience allowing me understand. Sincerly, debi callen
