Being billed for a book I did not order or receive

I keep getting billed to get a guide that I never requested, so when it found my home, I delivered it unopen. Main Point Here publications still retains giving me a statement each month, and stating how I owe them cash, yadda yadda. It is frustrating. I deliver it back again to them every time, informing them exactly what the offer is, plus they maintain at it anyway.
